Choc-kale-at Smoothie

You can see where I’m going with this right? A chocolate smoothie with kale in it – yeah? Good!

super simple, delicious and healthy I make this for breakfast, or morning tea and the kids love it too. So with our further ado…

Ingredients

image2 handfuls frozen avocado pieces (yes I buy these, fresh ones are too good for smoothies in my humble opinion)

1 handful raw cashews

3 fresh dates – pitted

1 banana

2 large kale stems – stalks removed

1/4 cup cacao powder

1 1/2 cups water (or whatever you like to make smoothies with – milk coconut water, the fesh tears of a virgin water nymph… Personally I use tap water)

Method

Put all ingredients in blender/thermomix and blend until smooth.

Drink -x
