super simple, delicious and healthy I make this for breakfast, or morning tea and the kids love it too. So with our further ado…
1 handful raw cashews
3 fresh dates – pitted
2 large kale stems – stalks removed
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 1/2 cups water (or whatever you like to make smoothies with – milk coconut water, the fesh tears of a virgin water nymph… Personally I use tap water)
Put all ingredients in blender/thermomix and blend until smooth.
